The back pressure electronic air pressure regulator is specially designed to handle the limitations of the system’s outgoing. This is due to controlling the pressure of air, which builds or releases upstream of the device. The pressure of the gas throughout the medium increases at the set point, and then the control pressure regulator opens to facilitate the pressure. An electronic pressure regulator needs to measure upstream pressure along with increasing or decreasing the restriction at the outlet of the system. The back air pressure valve is used in applying control pressure, chromatography, analysis, pressure relief & safety, and compressor testing.
Closed Volume Pressure Controllers:
Both the electronic air pressure regulator & back pressure regulators are usually the single electric pressure regulator system. Both these devices are designed to control the pressure in the air flowing systems. These proportional air valves are commonly used with the two proportional valves when working in closed or dead-end volumes. The inlet valve allows the pressure of liquids or gasses into the system while the exhausted valve relieves the pressure with these pressure-controlling valves. The dome-loaded electronic pressure regulator uses the close volume pressure controllers for controlling their internal mechanical setpoints. Close volume pressure regulators are commonly used in microfluidic control, fluid dispensing, and sensor testing.
